Description

This stunning no-bake dessert features vibrant layers of strawberry and blueberry fillings nestled between a velvety cream cheese mixture and a buttery graham cracker crust. It is an easy, patriotic treat perfect for summer gatherings and holiday celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract, divided
  • 2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 21 oz strawberry pie filling
  • 21 oz blueberry pie filling


Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter; reserve 3 tablespoons of the mixture and press the rest firmly into a 9×13-inch pan.
  2. Using an electric mixer, cream together the softened cream cheese, confectioners’ sugar, and 1 teaspoon of vanilla until completely smooth.
  3. In a separate chilled bowl, whip the heavy cream, granulated sugar, and the remaining 1 teaspoon of vanilla until stiff peaks form.
  4. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture using a spatula until uniform.
  5. Spread one-third of the cream mixture over the crust, followed by a layer of strawberry pie filling.
  6. Add another third of the cream mixture, then the blueberry pie filling, and finish with the remaining cream mixture.
  7. Sprinkle the reserved crumbs on top and refrigerate overnight to set.

Notes

To get perfectly clean slices, wipe your knife with a warm, damp cloth between each cut. This recipe works best when made 24 hours in advance to allow the graham cracker crust to soften slightly and the cream layers to fully set before serving.
